Field Operations Associate

The role

When a business joins Rydmate, you make it work on the ground. You set up branches, routes, fares, vehicles and staff with the operator, train the counter and the drivers, and go back until every shift is recorded and reconciled.

What you will do

• Onboard new businesses: setup, training at the counter and with drivers, first live day at the park.
• Visit customers on a schedule, fix what is stuck, and report what you find.
• Fit and register GPS trackers and phones, and keep the vehicles on the map.
• Collect proof of delivery and reconciliation problems and get them solved with the team.
• Write short, clear notes after every visit.

What we are looking for

• Experience in operations, field support or logistics, in Abuja.
• Patient with people who are new to software, and firm about getting the record right.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to be out most days.
• Comfortable with Android phones and basic spreadsheets.
