What operators ask before day one
Can I use Rydmate for logistics?
Yes. Orders, waybills, dispatch, proof of delivery and customer tracking, with the same fleet, staff, expenses and reports.
Do I need to run passenger transport?
No. Haulage, courier and delivery businesses use the same system with ticketing switched off.
Can I track my vehicles live?
Yes. From a driver's phone on day one, or a fitted tracker. Every vehicle shows where it is and how long since it reported.
Does Rydmate work for one vehicle?

Does Rydmate hold my money?
No. Online payments go from the customer to your own account. Rydmate records them; it never holds your money.
What if my team only takes cash?
Cash is recorded against the shift and set against what was handed in. A shortfall is visible by person, in writing.
Does it work when the network is bad?
The gate scanner keeps working on the last manifest it loaded. Recording money waits for the connection, so nothing is recorded twice.
