Logistics management software

Logistics management software for delivery and haulage companies

Rydmate takes an order from the customer, dispatches it to a vehicle and driver, prints the waybill, tracks the delivery and records proof when it arrives. Your customer follows it with a tracking code, and every rider's pay is counted from the deliveries they made.

The problem

What goes wrong without it

Orders in chats and calls

Pickup details arrive by WhatsApp and phone, and one missed message is one lost customer.

"Where is my package?"

Customers call the office to ask where their delivery is, and the office has to call the rider to find out.

Disputes without proof

When a customer says a delivery never arrived, there is no photo, location or name to settle it.

How Rydmate handles it

What you get

Orders with fixed prices

Take orders in the office or on your website, priced from your own list, and paid to your own account.

Logistics

Dispatch and waybills

Dispatch each shipment to a vehicle and driver, with a numbered waybill ready to print.

Waybills

Tracking for your customers

Every order gets a public tracking code, so customers can see where it is without calling.

Track a delivery

Proof of delivery

Riders record who received the package, with a photo and the location, from their phone.

Rider earnings and payouts

Riders see what they earned per delivery; the office records each payout so nothing is paid twice.

The logistics dashboard

Orders today, deliveries on the road, failed attempts and money charged, at a glance.

Questions

Logistics management software: what operators ask

Can customers track their deliveries?
Yes. Each order has a tracking code, and the tracking page shows the status and times without exposing anyone's contact details.
How is proof of delivery recorded?
The rider records the recipient's name and can add a photo and the location at the moment of delivery. It is attached to the shipment for good.
Can we use Rydmate without passenger transport?
Yes. A logistics business sees only the logistics side: orders, deliveries, riders and customers.
How do riders get paid?
Set a pay rate per delivery. Each delivery records what the rider earned, and the office records payouts against those deliveries.
