- Can we print waybills?
- Yes. Each shipment has a printable waybill page with the order, pickup, destination and cargo details.
- What if a delivery fails?
- The driver marks it failed with a reason, and the office opens a new attempt on the same order, keeping the history.
- Does the customer see the waybill details?
- The customer's tracking page shows the status and times. Contact details of the sender and recipient are not shown publicly.
