Online bus booking system

An online bus booking system on your own website

Every Rydmate transport business gets a website that shows departures with seats left and sells them. Passengers pay online, the money goes to your own account, and the seat disappears from the park counter the moment it is booked.

The problem

What goes wrong without it

Passengers have to come to the park

Without online booking, travellers queue at the park or call someone who writes their name in a book.

Booking platforms take a cut

Third-party booking apps charge a percentage of every ticket and own the relationship with your passenger.

Online and counter out of sync

Seats sold online and at the counter clash when they come from separate lists.

How Rydmate handles it

What you get

Your own booking site

A website under your name, with your routes, departures and seats left.

Websites

Payment to your account

Passengers pay by card or transfer, and the money goes straight to your own payment account.

One seat map

Online bookings and counter sales share the same departure, so a seat is never sold twice.

Ticketing and receipts

QR ticket by default

The passenger gets a ticket with a QR code to show at boarding.

On your own domain

Put the booking site on your own web address when you are ready.

Questions

Online bus booking system: what operators ask

Does Rydmate charge a commission on online bookings?
No. Rydmate is a fixed monthly plan. Payment processor fees apply as normal, and the ticket money goes to your own account.
Can the booking site use our own domain?
Yes. A business can connect its own domain once it proves it owns it.
What happens if a passenger does not complete payment?
The seat is held for a short time while payment is confirmed and released automatically if it is not.

Bring one route and one vehicle to a live demo. We sell a ticket, print the receipt and show the sale on the owner's dashboard, then recommend the plan that fits.
