- Can passengers book bus tickets online?
- Yes. Your Rydmate website shows departures with seats left and sells them. The payment goes to your own account and the seat is confirmed once the payment is verified.
- Does it work at a busy park with poor network?
- The counter keeps working through short drops for everything except money, and payments pause until the connection returns so no sale is recorded twice.
- Do we need special hardware?
- No. Any phone or computer with a browser works. The Rydmate Terminal adds a built-in receipt printer for counters that want one.
- Does Rydmate take a percentage of ticket sales?
- No. Plans are a fixed monthly price by the size of your operation, with unlimited tickets and receipts.
