Online payments and your plan
Connecting your payment account, and what Rydmate costs.
Online payments
Rydmate never holds your money. Customers who pay online pay straight into your own payment account. Connect it once under Settings, Payments with the keys your payment provider gives you; Rydmate stores them encrypted and never shows them again.
A seat or an order is confirmed only when the provider tells Rydmate, by a signed message, that the money arrived. Nothing a customer does in the browser can mark itself paid.
Your plan
Rydmate Cloud comes in three plans, priced per month with a discount for six months or a year paid ahead. The logistics core, tickets, shifts, reconciliation, reports and the website are on every plan. Hardware GPS tracking and a custom domain come with Growth. The integration API comes with Scale. A business without a plan can look around and set itself up, but cannot record work. Choose a plan and pay online; the wall lifts the moment the payment clears. Invoices are on the Billing page.
