The things new businesses ask in the first week.
Does it work without internet?
The counter and the driver screens need a connection to record a sale, because the record must reach the owner the same minute. The gate scanner keeps working on the last manifest it loaded and catches up when it reconnects. Screens tell you plainly when they are offline.
Can a driver change what they collected?
A driver records fares during the shift. Once the shift is closed, only a manager can reconcile it, and every change is in the audit trail.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your records stay. The business can read everything and export reports; it cannot record new work until a plan is chosen again. Your website goes offline until then.
Can I run two businesses?
Yes. One login can belong to several businesses, each with its own plan, staff and records. Switch between them from the menu at the top.
Who can see my figures?
Only the people you invite, and only what their role allows. Rydmate staff do not open your business unless you ask for support and grant access.
